As I wrote earlier this week, Florida lawyer Jack Thompson tried to get a court order to stop the sale of Rockstar Games' upcoming title Bully.
In an unprecedented move, the judge ordered Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar's parent company) to turn over a copy of the game so he could see it and decide for himself if it was a "public nuisance," as Thompson called it.
The verdict came in yesterday: it is not.
So, hopefully next week, I'll be hunkered down with my PlayStation reliving high school, except this time, I'LL be cramming people into lockers...instead of the other way around.
