Guitar Hero World Tour was released from Neversoft and Activision and put into the music genre section of the games. One of the best known gaming franchises lately, Guitar Hero and Rock Band started a craze that spawned many copycats in the gaming industry.
With a game rating of T for Teen from the ESRB for mild suggestive themes and lyrics, all ages adore this game and as long as the choice of song is monitored the game will be fine for the younger set. Guitar Hero World Tour was the first in the game series to add the drums to the game (a feature its competitor Rock Band already included). There are modes for up to four players in both regular play and co-op play.

Reggae Rock Track Pack
The Reggae Rock Track Pack was released December 30th, 2008 and is 112 MB in size. The songs in this pack will give a taste of the Caribbean to the game and advance the different styles of song choice. It has three songs in the pack. The songs are “Your Face” by Pepper, “Sacrifice” by the Expendables, and “Jimi” by Slightly Stoopid.
Guitar Duel Track Pack
The Guitar Duel Track Pack was released October 30th, 2008 and is 61 MB in size. This has songs from the guitar heroes of Ted Nugent and Zakk Wylde. No Guitar Hero game should be without this pack for the riffs that it gives.
Neversoft Track Pack
The Neversoft Track Pack was released October 30th, 2008 and is 56 MB in size. This has songs of “Anything” by An Endless Sporadic and “Electrorock” by Sworn. This is a mediocre release, but one that will at least give the guitarist a few more choices in the mix.
Guitar Hero World Tour Songs
There are a total of eighty six songs in this edition of the game series, and all of them are master recordings. This marks the first time that all songs on the game have been the master recordings, a huge step in the right direction. Players of this game have announced their bias toward this release over past releases.
