Guitar Hero III, developed from Activision and Neversoft Entertainment, was rated T for Teen by the ESRB. It was the biggest selling game of the 2007 season and the fourth Guitar Hero game in the series.
It is a one or two player game and is categorized as a music entertainment game. Guitar Hero and Rock Band are both massive hits with the teens, ‘tweens, and even some adults. Although it is on many different platforms, this article deals with the xbox 360 entirely. These are some free items that you can download for the Guitar Hero III game for the XBOX 360.
All downloads can be found in the marketplace and are available free to those with a gold or silver LIVE account. Silver accounts are free with a registration. “We Three Kings”
The 2007 Holiday single of “We Three Kings” is from Steve Ouimette. It is a 14 MB download and was released on 12/20/2007.
“Halo Theme MJOLNIR Mix”
The Halo Theme MJOLNIR Mix” is from Martin O’Donnell and Michael Salvatori with guitar rifts from Steve Vai. This is based on the Halo Universe created by the software team of Bungie Studios. It is a 28 MB download and was released on 11/22/2007.
Boss Battle Track Pack
The Boss Battle Track Pack has three songs included. It has “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” by the Charlie Daniels Band, an original composition by Tom Morello, and an original composition by Slash (from Guns N Roses). It is a 72 MB download and was released on 11/15/2007.
Songs in Guitar Hero III
There are 73 songs in the game in three different classes. There are 42 of the main setlist songs, the ones that will be played during most of the game. Then there are the 6 co-op career mode songs that are exclusives. And there are 25 bonus tracks for the remaining amount. Many other songs can be downloaded on the XBOX 360 marketplace, including the six sounds that are in this article.
